**For both online presentation and non-presenter

  1. Fees structure : 

    • The values indicate basic fees for:

      • ​ MyCite publication for Student and Academic categories (Physical and Online Presentations).

      • Meals and refreshments (3 times per day, physical only).

      • E-Poster presenters, include eligibility to publish in an e-ISBN publication (non-Scopus/WoS index).

    • Authors are required to pay an additional fee(s) for Scopus/WoS publications (fees to be listed soon).

  2. Five (5) percent discount on basic fees for the Early bird payment.

  3. The type of fee depends on the main/corresponding author type.

  4. All participants must submit your full paper, poster and/or upload proof of payment at Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) through https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/InCEBT2023. As a first-time user of CMT, you must create an account.

The InCEBT2023 Registration Fees quoted above includes:

 

  • Light Meals and Refreshments (3 times per day, physical only)

  • Entrance to all sessions of the Conference (physical only)

  • An electronic copy of the certificate of participation (all modes)

  • Associated Conference materials toolkit (physical only)

  • Publication fees in one of the journals​ indexed by MyCite (physical and online presentations)

  • Publication fees in e-ISBN publication (e-poster presentations)

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
i.    Cancellation made before 15th of October 2023, will be entitled to get *50% from the full payment as mentioned in the invoice and receipt. 
ii.    Cancellation made after 15th of October 2023, will not be entitle for refund.
*The 50% deduction is the cost for cancellation that includes payment made to the processing and management fee.
